Since 1957, Boardman Molded Products and it’s related companies have been serving the injection molding needs of all types of customers. Boardman Molded Products covers more than 85,000 square feet of production and warehouse space to ensure handling of any job, small to large. We provide a reliable turnkey solution, assisting in the design/engineering of the part, rapid prototyping, mold design/tooling and the actual production of the molded product. Our molding materials range from custom formulated flexible PVC compounds to the full spectrum of thermoplastic resins that are used in our wide selection of 25 injection molding machines that range in size from 85 tons to 1,200 tons. We utilize state of the art DTR/TMM production management software to ensure customer satisfaction with cost control and delivery. Finally, to complete the molding process, we offer a wide variety of secondary operations such as assembly, hot stamping and special packaging.
